Our group of friends absolutely loved the spacious and comfortable rooms, complete with air conditioning for a peaceful sleep. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal, with easy access to Karlsplatz and multiple subway lines, and we found great dining options nearby. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

One of the negatives was the lack of complimentary water or tea and coffee in the room. It would have been nice to have these amenities without an additional cost.

The room was spacious and clean, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job. the reception and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel was easily accessible by the U1 train and close to the city center. I also appreciated having a fridge in the room.
